🪪Presale - How to KYC

Step 1 - Connect your Wallet that has been connected with your W3GG account
Note: If you do not connect a wallet you have connected to your W3GG account you will encounter the following message: If you encounter this message, please click ‘Go to Profile’ which will redirect you to your W3GG profile page. When on the profile page, click ‘New Connection’ and select ‘Wallet’ to connect the wallet you want to be connected. Step 2 - Click on 'KYC Now'
Please read the Disclaimer carefully and click ‘I Agree to All Terms’ only if you accept the Disclaimer terms. Step 3 - Click “Start KYC” to begin the Liveness KYC Step on Synaps
Once the Synaps KYC popup will come up click ‘Scan my face.’ ⚠️ Make sure to grant browser permission to Access your Camera ⚠️
Alternatively, you can click the “Scan with your Smartphone” and do this step with your Phone rather than Desktop.
Centre your face in the oval border and stay still. Make sure that your environment is not too bright or too dark.
Step 4 - Choose your country of citizenship, select the document type, upload the proof using the camera on your phone & verify your email address.
Step 5 - Wait for your KYC to be reviewed
⚠️ Please note that this step might take up to 72 hours to complete.
If it has been over 72 hours and there has been no update, kindly reach out to presalesupport@w3gg.io for help.
Step 6 - KYCed!
Congratulations you have completed KYC! You are now ready to start participating in the $W3GG private sale with your newly KYC Verified Account!
